Follow Kristin and Fabio Potenti with their French Bulldog Yoda ("like the beach, I do") on their Seawind 1600 catamaran, SV Wanderlust.
They sold their home in 2020 and moved aboard in September of that year. These two sailors are filming their life as live aboard sailors, sharing learnings, adventures, travel experiences and meals cooked on board.
Fabio researched far and wide for their perfect catamaran. Previously, they owned a Beneteau Oceanis 473 and a Dragonfly 35 trimaran, we decided that a catamaran would provide a great balance as a live-aboard. The Seawind 1600 ticked most of the boxes for them, satisfying a love of sailing and a need for comfort.
They have sailed the waters of South Florida, Florida Keys, the Bahamas, the US East Coast from Florida up to Maine, down to Panama, and sailed across the Pacific to French Polynesia.
